To promote innovative development in the fields of medicinal chemistry and the traditional Chinese medicine, the "2026 International Symposium on Medicinal Chemistry and Traditional Chinese Medicine Health Industry Development" （ISMC2026）will be held from October 16 to 18, 2026, in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. The conference is chaired by Prof. Yongmin Zhang, Academician of the French National Academy of Pharmacy, and organized by Zhejiang Chinese Medical University. The theme of this symposium is “Frontier Advances in Modern Medicinal Chemistry & the Innovative Development of Traditional Chinese Medicine”. It aims to facilitate the exchange of the latest research findings and cutting-edge developments in the fields of natural products, green synthesis, drug delivery, new materials and “AI+” applications in Traditional Chinese Medicine, thereby promoting interdisciplinary integration. The symposium will be conducted in English and feature plenary lectures, invited lectures, oral presentations, and poster sessions. Awards will be presented, including the ACS Publications Best Poster Award, exclusively sponsored by ACS Publications.

Poster (PPT/TIFF/PDF) should be submitted to the email address (ISMC2026@126.com) with the file named as "Poster-Name-Affiliation" according to the format requirements. Poster submission closed on August 31, 2026. A total of over 100 posters were received from 30 universities and research institutes. After preliminary selection, the organizing committee will arrange standardized printing for the accepted posters. The conference will present the "Best Poster Award." Each registered participant who receives this award will be given a certificate of honor and a cash prize, exclusively sponsored by ACS Publications.
IV.Conference Awards
1. Best Poster Award
The conference will present the Best Poster Award, exclusively sponsored by ACS Publications, to 15 recipients. Each registered winner will receive a certificate of honor and a cash prize (taxes to be borne by the recipient).
2. Research Innovation Award
The conference will also present the Research Innovation Award to 10 recipients. Each registered winner will receive a certificate of honor and a cash prize sponsored by Infinitus (China) Co., Ltd.
V.Registration
The symposium will be held fully in person; it is not possible to participate online. The registration fee includes attendance at all conference sessions except for the welcome banquet (invited only or 200 CNY/person extra). Participation in the conference is considered final only once the registration fees have been paid.
